Is it possible to visit the factory where your modular homes are built?
Absolutely. The factory is in Pennsylvania and we’d be happy to arrange a tour for you.
Are your houses built to meet the local building codes ?
Yes, they will meet or exceed the local building codes.
Can you build a custom home on our building lot ?
Yes. Our primary business is to build a home that we design on a lot we own, and then offer it for sale. If you have a plan you’d like to have built on your lot, we can work with you under a design/ build agreement.
Can you work with a plan we get from an on-line house-plan service ?
Yes, we can. And we can work with your architect, too, if you are using an architect.
Is it possible to design and build a modular home with an elevator ?
Yes, it is. It’s no different than if you were building the home on-site.
I’m an investor. Can you build a duplex, triplex, or quadplex for rental ?
Yes.
Can you build a small structure, like an in-law suite, on my property ?
If local zoning regulations allow an accessory structure on your lot, we can work with you to determine what will fit your needs and also fit on the lot. We can utilize a design/ build agreement.
